IACNA 2022 Training Conference was held in Waterloo and saw 14 teams from DOC and Law Enforcement compete for the coveted “IACNA Belt”. This year’s winner was DOC Fort Dodge followed by the Iowa State Patrol and newcomers Waterloo PD in third.
